Reality TV Show/Road Show
The You're the Man! National Challenge is a 12-episode, 45-minute TV show produced
from a nationwide road show covering five (5) key provinces with the Grand Finale show
in Phnom Penh aired live on TV3.
A project of Family Health International, under PRASIT, funded by USAID, a ‘reality TV
show’ format featuring activities that challenge male ideas of masculinity and gender
norms. Male contestants participate in various fun games and activities which involve not
only overall personality challenges but also their mental ability and physical agility.
Scope and Coverage
Game road show will be held and produced in the following Key Provinces:
• Phnom Penh
• Banteay Meanchey
• Battambang
• Siem Reap
• Kampong Cham
The potential audience is expected to be about 2,000 to 3,000 in each location. Every event lasts for 4 days.
All shows will be aired on TV3. The channel has national coverage with strong provincial reach and 15 radio stations to provide national amplification.
There will be five (5) sponsorship formats:
- Pre-event: a month long recruitment and promotion of the show in 5 provinces
- Actual event: 7 day activity; 3 days of further announcement by a roving van “town crier”; 3 days of auditions and 1 day for the big event day of competitions in a single location in each of the 5 provinces
- Media placements of the show: TV spots in TV3, and placement in 3 popular newspapers and Angkor Thom magazine
- Grand Finale: live telecast program
- Booths at five (5) provincial events

Kampuchea Thmey (total of 3 insertions)
11. Company logo will be shown as “Gold Sponsor” at the end credits of each
episode
12. Logo and sponsorship title placement on the “You’re the Man!” website
(www.yourethemanshow.com), plus link to own website

* The company who sponsors all five (5) provincial events gets the benefits of the Live
